What happens after I reach out?
We call you back — usually the same day — ask what happened, and schedule a free inspection if it makes sense. There's no obligation at any point before you sign a representation agreement, and the agreement itself has a state-mandated cancellation period.
What should I have ready?
Your policy declarations page if you can find it, any letters or estimates from the insurance company, and photos of the damage. Don't worry if you have none of it — we can request the policy from your carrier.
Is there really no fee for the inspection?
Really. Inspections and claim reviews are free everywhere we work. Our only fee is a percentage of what the insurance company pays, capped by Florida law, and only if they pay.
